GENERAL SERVICE

7 Days Workmanship Warranty

Covers rectification of missed cleaning areas during servicing
Excludes performance issues due to system age, wear and tear, or existing faults

CHEMICAL CLEANING

7 Days Workmanship Warranty

Covers cleaning workmanship and reassembly defects
Excludes leakage, coil damage, and component failure

CHEMICAL OVERHAUL

90 Days Workmanship Warranty

Covers defects arising from cleaning workmanship (e.g. incomplete cleaning, improper reassembly, drainage issues caused by servicing)
Excludes: pre-existing system faults, gas leakage unrelated to servicing points, wear and tear of components, external or third-party interference

STEAM BOOST CHEMICAL TREATMENT

90 Days Workmanship Warranty

Covers application workmanship only (proper chemical application and cleaning process)
Does not guarantee performance improvement if system is affected by low refrigerant gas, blocked piping, coil damage, or general system wear and tear
Excludes all pre-existing or unrelated system faults

GAS TOP-UP (REFRIGERANT)

7 Days Workmanship Warranty

Covers leakage arising from service-related joints handled by our technician
Excludes: coil leakage, hidden piping leakage, system deterioration or wear and tear
Gas loss due to system defects is not covered unless leak repair is carried out

REPAIR WORKS

7–30 Days Workmanship Warranty (depending on repair scope)

Covers defects directly related to the repaired component or workmanship performed
Includes rectification of the same issue arising from the original repair only
Excludes: failure of unrelated components, pre-existing conditions not addressed during repair, wear and tear or new faults after service, external or third-party interference

NEW INSTALLATION

12 Months Workmanship Warranty

Covers installation defects including mounting, drainage, and piping connections
Excludes: manufacturer defects, equipment failure, external damage or third-party interference

BRAND NEW AIRCON

5 Year Compressor Warranty | 1 Year Parts Warranty

Subject to manufacturer warranty terms and conditions

SYSTEM PRESSURE TEST

7 Days Workmanship Warranty

Covers accuracy of testing procedure and technician workmanship
Does not guarantee future system leak-free condition

AIRCON LEDGE CLEANING

7 Days Workmanship Warranty

Covers incomplete cleaning or missed spots arising from our service
Does not cover dirt accumulation due to external factors after service

AIRCON LEDGE NETTING

12 Months Workmanship Warranty

Covers loosening, improper fixing, or installation faults
Does not cover damage due to misuse, external impact, or normal wear and tear

GENERAL WARRANTY TERMS
